Kaizen” is  a  5 years young company and started its business operation with Permanent Staffing Solutions  and learning & development  Solution as its core competency under the leadership of Mrs S.M.Mallick  (Chairman & Managing Director) . Subsequently, kaizen  expand its operation into Flexi Staffing Solutions which was launched in 2014 that deals with outsourcing of manpower in overseas. During the course of its further diversification, “Kaizen” has launched five of its featured products, namely Payroll Processing Services, Background Checks & Verification Services, Statutory Compliances Management , Facility Management Services and Payroll/HRMS Software.

KAIZEN ” provides services for Flexi Staffing, Permanent Staffing, Payroll Processing, Background Check, Compliance Management, HRMS and Payroll Software and Facility Management.

Kaizen  Team is a group of qualified professionals working towards a common goal “customer satisfaction”. The Kaizen  team comprises of MBAs, International Business Coach, LLB, Corporate Sales Trainer & post graduate from reputed institutes.

What We Do

1. Temporay Staffing

Kaizen assists corporate clients in their Regular or Seasonal staffing requirements by providing contractual or temporary staffing services.We have come a long way to emerge as one of India’s largest temp staffing company, with 1000+ temporary staffing clients and an outsourced employee base of over 1,00,000 + associates.

We work with our clients for hiring or identification of temp resources and take the selected resources on our payroll for providing the payroll support services to the client. Alternatively we also take on our payroll, resources pre-identified by clients or existing ones from any other sources. kaizen takes complete responsibility for all HR Administrative activities, statutory employee benefits and compliances for the outsourced resources. The operational and performance related aspects are monitored by the client and the client retains complete control of the same.

2. IT Stuffing

The IT job market continues to gain strength in spite of a tremulous and fluctuating environment. In the current scenario, finding skilled technology resources to fill short-term needs or expanding an organization’s IT resources to meet critical project deadlines can both be very tricky. With over 4 years’ expertise in the staffing industry, we continue to grow and build our recruitment capability and expertise.

Designed to manage payroll of your on-roll employees, our payroll processing services are configured to cater to your specific requirements.
